How long do repairs usually take?

Most common repairs, such as screen replacements or software fixes, are completed within 24–48 hours. More complex issues may take longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Do you offer home or business call-outs?

Yes. We provide both call-out services for your home or office and call-in repairs at our Peterborough shop, so you can choose what’s most convenient.

Can you recover lost data from my computer or laptop?

In many cases, yes. Our data recovery service helps restore lost files from faulty hard drives, corrupted systems, or accidental deletion.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit card payments, including secure payments over the phone, as well as cash in-store.
